Service Scope

•Provide comprehensive market survey and financial analysis,assist the client to makeaccurate investment decision and minimize future risk

•Based upon market need,industry development and the vision clients, provide eachproject with innovative planning and enhancement with an objective to undermine its value

•According to the project desired value and the client’s expectation ,assist the client to engage hotel brand or hotel operator which is compatible and can add value to the project ,structure management agreement, negotiation strategy and carry out efficient negotiation

•Assist the hotel owners, architects, interior designers and other professional advisers, the design of the hotel to achieve the highest operating efficiency under the premise of innovation

•Assist hotel owners set up preparatory office, including the organization and coordination work team

•Act as owner Representative and assist hotel owners set up representative offices, including the organization of the team to perform preparatory work before the opening, and monitor the performance of hotel management company.

•Assist owners in financial planning, financing, assignment in order to improve the operation of the hotel assets

•Assist hotel investors, including hotel group, tracks investment funds, finding and evaluating opportunities of investment in China.

•Assist owners to find a suitable industry elite, assessment the candidate's comprehensive ability, experience and fitness.
